Do you charge a travel fee?
If you are located in the great state of Texas, we do not charge for travel! Our favorite thing about relocating to Central Texas in 2021 is that we can literally plan weddings in any major city in the state with less than 2.5 hours of travel time!
What is a typical budget that you work with?
We work with budgets in all ranges. Most couples spend around 10% of their budget on a planner or coordinator. That has landed us most commonly with budgets between $30,000-$70,000 but we are happy to work with clients with smaller and larger budgets than that!
Are there any other hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. Our prices are a flat rate cost and we truly believe in cost transparency. We arenβt here to trick you into booking with us. We know we arenβt the cheapest planner or coordinator that you can find, but we do believe that you will get a high quality experience and you will quickly see that our resources (& knowledge of the industry) are worth the money alone.
What is your backup plan if you canβt be at my wedding?
With many years of experience I have many trusted relationships in the wedding planning business. You will have a replacement coordinator on your wedding day who has worked with me many times in many different roles. Because of the hard work we do up front to get all vendors on the same page and the client portal we have that I can share access to, there is nothing to worry about!
